Ski Shop Manager of Nomad Sports
Nomad Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. The Nomad Store Manager shares in the responsibility for the overall performance of the Nomad Sports Business and is responsible for generating sales potential, recruiting and staff development, maintaining store appearance, controlling expenses and shortages. Oversees and manages the daily operations of a high pace retail, rental store front.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates to help plan and evaluate store policies, processes, priorities, and performance goals.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and reviewing employee performance
- Ensures that the store is on track to meet performance goals and initiates corrective action if needed.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Collaborates with management team for forecasting, buying focus, and budgeting.
- Ensures that staff have the resources they need to complete their work in an optimal manner.
- Acts as a liaison with senior level management and other team members by developing productive, collaborative relationships and utilizing clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred
- Coaching, Supervision and leadership

- Ability to sit, stand, move around and carry items of up to 50 lbs
