Wes Edens was twelve years old when he first saw the Tetons and he instantly became enamored by Jackson Hole, calling it his “favorite place on earth”. Wes is the driving force behind the Caldera House vision, where he wanted to marry the rugged mountain environment with comfortable, laid-back luxury. Having grown up in Montana, Wes is passionate about skiing, climbing, adventuring, and the community that surrounds that lifestyle.

Caldera House is an intimate, world-class retreat with the rugged spirit of the American West. We are an eight-suite luxury hotel and members-only alpine club located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

We have 2 amazing Sports shops (Mudroom and Nomad) where you can find the best equipment for the season! On the Food & Beverage side, we have Southcable, where you can grab a coffee or a quick bite or cozy up with warm meal at Corsa and have dinner at Shin shin.
